What to know before booking
If you feel drawn to QHHT, you can request your preferred session date here.
QHHT is a deeply personal experience, and no two sessions are the same.
You don’t need any previous experience with hypnosis or meditation. There is no need to know how to “get into a trance.” What matters most is your willingness to relax, let go of expectations, trust the process, and remain open to whatever comes through.
During your session, you may experience images, memories, sensations, emotions, or other forms of inner perception. There is no right or wrong way to experience QHHT – your experience will be uniquely your own.
A QHHT session is an opportunity to step away from the outside world and dedicate time entirely to yourself. It is therefore important that you feel ready for the experience and can give yourself the space and time it deserves.
The session lasts approximately 5–7 hours, so I recommend keeping the entire day free and avoiding other important commitments. Allow yourself some quiet time afterwards as well, without having to rush back into your usual routine.

How does the reservation work?
1. Fill out the booking form
Write me some basic information about yourself and the date or dates that would suit you.
If you have any questions before booking or are not sure whether QHHT is suitable for you, you can enter them directly in the form.
2. We will choose a date together
As soon as I receive your request, I will contact you and we will agree on a specific date.
The date is considered pre-booked until it is confirmed.
3. Confirm the booking with a deposit
To confirm the date, a booking deposit of 1,800 CZK is required.
The deposit is part of the session price and is deducted from the total amount when it takes place.
I will send you the payment details together with the confirmation of the date.
4. You will receive all the necessary information
After confirming your booking, I will send you practical information to prepare for the session – how to prepare, what to think about in advance and what to bring with you.
You do not need to learn anything or have any special skills. It is best to come with an open mind and without expectations of what your experience should be like.
